  Girlhood 2014

  Officially now have PTSD from my film class and I wanted to crash the thuck out watching a movie for a class in French I needed Doug to translate it for me. Overall the movie was alright I guess but was kinda all over the place to me and was hard to follow with it being in French.  The ending was decent and was a good way to end it but I was lost for a lot of it up until that point.

  Almost had PTSD at the start of the movie from my film class a few semesters ago but luckily the rest of the movie was pretty much in all English.  Movie was meh and kind of hard to follow along for the most part but kinda expected about a movie on a war in Africa.  The mom was an absolute goat tho disrespecting the main girl right away, had me dying laughing.

  Overall a pretty solid move but probably wouldn’t watch it again.  The cinematography was pretty fire during the film and I wish there were a little more scenes for the Transylvania part.  I’m glad I sat on the opposite side of Dan to avoid him trolling me.

  Also, I would’ve punted those blawgs.

  Breathless 1960

  Another mid movie that I had to watch in French with English subtitles which made it a little woeful.  At least it wasn’t like the other 2 French movies I had to watch which is why it managed to get a 1 star rating.
