What a concise way to evoke so much emotion. So many films would be more ham-fisted with an approach to these themes- particularly grief, guilt, and sadness. Almost makes me want just a little bit more, but maybe that’s the result of an auto-tuned brain, and kind of the point Jesse Eisenberg is trying to make when we’re confronted with the characters’ pain.
