I liked how funny and entertaining it was, especially the first half where there were multiple instances where the entire cinema was laughing together.
The voice over was really off putting to me, I usually just believe it's a lazy of story telling. I get how it was used more as a comedic driver but in general I agree with Denis Villeneuve's sentiment: the less dialogue the better.

Definitely got me hooked in for most of the film. Loved the story within a story technique, which could of easily left me confused but Wes Anderson really knows how to break down complex stories into simple tasty bits. The story itself was also heart-warming, nothing that serious and quite a sweet ending.
