saw this film with friends and instantly knew it was set to become a new comfort movie for me. could have used more screentime for Joan, but the casting was absolutely pitch perfect imo, especially Pete, Woody & Johnny. i also loveddd the atmosphere, with costuming really playing into to that, down to the last details. it felt very authentic to me in that way & really captured my heart in the way his music does

very fun, very silly! those baby bears did nothing wrong, they just had the munchies, which is completely understandable in this situation tbh. first half of the movie was fantastic, but at only a 95 min. runtime the ending did admittedly feel a bit rushed, and as my friend who i saw it with pointed out: at least one of those kids definitely should have died. the high point was the car chase involving an ambulance and the titular bear…
