I wasn't quite sure what to expect with this. But I was pleasantly surprised with the comedic aspect, which made it fun for me. It seemed like they were going for an Angus Young look in the previews. The burial scene was the best. Evangeline Lilly looked fantastic 😍

Avenging Force 1986
Definitely an '80s martial arts film, lol. The plot is pretty familiar, people hunting other humans for fun. There are some definite good parts that are enjoyable. I'm a sucker for '80s action. So I did enjoy it overall. But you can tell that the story was changed after Norris refused to return and Michael Dudikoff was brought on. I don't mind the substitution. I've never been a fan of Norris. But I'd say this is a decent flick. Probably not anything I'd do multiple viewings, but a fun watch if you're a Dudikoff, martial arts, or '80s fan.

The Advent Calendar 2021
