Really solid film. I do think the most interesting thing about this movie is the perspective. The cuts are a little jarring, but I think the twist and looking back at what happened in the film is really smart. Ultimately worth the watch. The dad character is great!

This movie has more problems and plot holes than I have seen or can remember. Someone please tell me why this movie is amazing.
Maybe it’s because it’s the first movie where aliens weren’t bad guys? Although they do use classic tropes to give the idea they are.
Richard Dreyfus’ character is so confusing and poorly written.

The Shakiest Gun in the West 1968
This is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. A true classic and a staple of Don Knotts’ career. I will say this is a film of a certain era and there are definitely moments that aren’t politically correct, but it doesn’t take away from the film or the comedy. I still quote this movie day to day. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

The Lone Ranger 2013
I actually really enjoyed this film. It’s a very fun ride and the production quality is stellar. I am probably in the minority to say that Johnny Depp was not bothersome for me. All in all a very fun and entertaining film.
