Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales 2017
CGI Jack Sparrow was horrible. Why did Salazar’s hair have to move so slow all the time too? Unnecessary CGI is unnecessary and makes the movie worse. So disappointing after how good movies 1-3 are.

Rush Hour 1998
Action scenes were great, and I wonder how many of those high up stunts were real and how much was done with a matte painting background. Little racist, but like… kind of expected that going in. It’s a 90’s movie made in America about another culture lol. You can tell they were going for a “Die Hard” look. The Hans Gruberesque fall at the end and the car driving shots were all very Die Hard.

If you’re looking to cry for the duration of a flight from SLC to ATL then do I have the movie for you. Never have I been able to understand what people with dementia go through until watching this movie. Amazing cast and great job all around. So painful but so informative.
