Margot Robbie phenomenal as always. Ryan Gosling’s rendition of Ken was overrated at best. Character development felt undercooked and like he was playing a ‘Ken’ archetype and not Ken himself. Would’ve loved more depth to his character and think his Oscar was a stretch.
I really appreciate the important messages that this movie was trying to convey, but felt like it was addressing the subject of feminism in a very overtly ‘adult’ and mature context, which I felt was jarring…
