  I should give it three cos it’s fine but I was so looking forward to it and it really wasn’t that exciting or interesting. It’s incoherent sense of itself wasn’t entertaining like Cage can be and it wasn’t scary either.

  !!! A beautiful sort of a kitchen sink drama. Becomes more surreal in the remembering like reading The Yellow Wallpaper. I am now a Gena Rowlands stan forever and Peter Falk manages to stay his beautiful tragic self even through his many, many faults.

  Late Night with the Devil 2023

  I’m not suggesting everyone would give this four but I was ecstatic. The dread and excitement waiting for the demon’s true calling, the mad and wild lore, the body horror and the GREAT cast - perfect film for me. I hold off on five cos that’s for a deep and meaningful most the time. Excellent balance of fun, comedy and scares - which is hard!
