Good thing: This was a love letter to all the good pups worldwide. The definition of “you’ve got a friend in me.” I’ve been enjoying Bill Murray’s side quests for projects lately, but this one has taken the cake. Bing, who plays “Apollo” the Great Dane, was a class act. He was indeed a good boy and stole the show.

Bad thing: If you see it in theaters, expect a lot of ooo’s & aww’s

Good thing: This film just felt good in all the right ways. As some would say from across the pond, “charming.” The movie was a delightful experience, with all the glory going to Tim Key and his quirky character. He carried the film through his comedic relief and line delivery. Musically, it was very sound as well.

Bad thing: Beware, constant wet socks.

Good thing: Visually stunning! Guy Pearce was excruciatingly talented. The transition of László escaping war in Europe to find life in the land of the free didn’t go as smoothly as promised; the perfect setup…

Bad thing: WHAT WAS THAT SECOND HALF?! The film said everything and nothing at the same time. The lack of closure is concerning, as if there were pieces of the film cut out. #notevery3plushourfilmneedsoscarhype

Good thing: A modern-day, unrealistic version of the fantastic “Death Proof” (2007) by MY greatest of all time, aka GOAT, Quentin Tarantino. This was a comedy, not a thriller, but plenty of suspense. It is better than The Crow and Boy Kills World for Bill Skarsgård. Surprisingly, it's a fun watch for theaters.

Bad thing: How did that lottery ticket make it without creases or burns?
