Whilst I’m aware that this is the 3rd remake of the 1920’s silent film, I give huge props to the direction of Robert Eggers whose style of filmmaking really shines from the first to final shot. Bill Skarsgård as Count Orlok is intense and gravitating. He’s very akin to the shark from Jaws - you don’t see him often but he makes his presence known. Lily Rose-Depp goes off in this film.
