As short as the runtime is, it shouldn't have been this long. Scurrying quickly from beginning to end shows as far as the concept goes. A couple of good kills/stalking moments did make it enjoyable. But not much else.

Bustin' has felt better but this entry in the GhostBusters series is solid and watchable. Sidelining Grace's Phoebe Spangler for the sake of making the character more relatable to the dead is really the only catalyst for the story which is quite lazy and doesn't allow for the character to grow. Along with an underwhelming final act, it's clear that this was just a stopgap that could have been greater.

This is definitely a Cronenburg movie. It's wired, disturbing and wild. Sarsgaard is basically a beta whose sole purpose is to be the entertainment for Goth's enjoyment throughout this wild experience.

Diablo Cody is so back with this. Lisa Frankenstein is a real feel good movie for fans of the macabre. Kathrine Newton's Lisa is brought to life by her very expressive faces and reactions throughout the film. While Sprouse's performance is reanimated through his physicality. These together brings great on screen chemistry between the two actors and has audiences "rotting" for them till the very end. Zelda Williams' first foray into directing has become one of my personal favorites of the year so far.
