  I think it gets a little too MCU-y toward the end, and there’s just so much happening at once, it isn’t horrible and it’s pretty good at parts but something is missing.. I think for me it’s the change of focus from the first. the first one felt like it succeeded when by taking itself more seriously and almost accomplished perfection whereas here… they give up a little

  this movie is good when you forget the title of it and the character it’s “supposed” to be. I think it’s fun and I really like the atmosphere and setting.
  As a Godzilla movie it sucks though…
