This one had a lot of rats. Robert Eggers reportedly used around 5,000 live rats on set. While that's an impressive amount of rats, it's not nearly as impressive as the 11,000 rats Herzog used in his version.

Imagine how boring this would have been if it took place in the digital age and Jack Terry did all of his work on a laptop. It wouldn't have worked at all. This is a great thriller, but the thing I loved most about this was watching him work on all of that crazy analog equipment.
