Managed to catch the Canadian premiere at Fantasia Film Festival, and wow. Without spoiling anything, this film is such a fantastic piece of work that’s hilarious and terrifying, and so unique and immersive. I haven’t had that much fun with a horror movie in a VERY, very long time. I hope to see it on the big screen again eventually. I highly encourage any horror fans to move this film to the top of your watchlist and go and see it as soon as you can.

Last Night in Soho 2021
for me, not only was this edgar wrights best film technically and artistically, but it also felt like a completely original and fresh take on the horror genre.
has to be seen on the biggest screen and best sound system possible. there’s just so much hard work and talent to unpack in the film’s score, visuals, sound design and writing.
don’t go into it expecting a classic ‘edgar wright film’, however, you will leave the cinema realising that edgar wright has created a classic.

No Country for Old Men 2007
Haven’t been gripped to a film as much as I was to this in forever. Really incredible film and I’m only sad it took me so long to get around to it.

Haven’t cried more since the tories got back in. Thankfully, I was crying for the right reasons during this film.
