The Conjuring 2013
My favorite horror movie shows the feelings of being in a haunted house and shows a very realistic showing of how people would deal with a haunting. It makes you really feel afraid for the family and keeps the tension going the whole show making you wonder if they will survie.

The Thing 1982
The movie was full of mystery and blind-siding changes to what you know about the creature. It keeps you guessing what will happen next but this is a great thing and annoying thing. I wished this dropped more hints of knowing what was going on and showed the audience what was real. It left me wanting more and very few questions answered.

I did enjoy the majority of this movie. The acting in this movie is next-level amazing, at some points I forgot I was watching actors and completely believed that J. K. Simmons was a terrible person. This is why I didn't give it 5 stars; it made me remember how bad some of the teachers I've had in my life were. I could feel the pain Andrew was going through as if it was my own. This movie will hurt your soul and make you feel incredible sympathy so I recommend it.
