Rat Race 2001

I consider this to be the perfect snapshot of late 90's/Early 00's cinema. It has an ensemble cast, you have Mr. Bean playing an Italian man who's narcoleptic. Wayne Knight with all the gas in the tank from playing Newman. John Cleese, Jon Lovitz, Whoopi Golberg, Cuba Gooding Jr. AND Seth Green. The hijinks are relentless and it ends with a smash mouth concert (pre-shrek mind you)
I have a personal connection to this movie, I think it was perhaps the second DVD I ever watched, I remember being absolutely enthralled by the Menu coming up, being able to interact with a movie blew my mind.
