A Beautiful Tragedy.
What I love about this movie is that is initially grabs you under the pretense that this is a regular romance movie. The main characters have so much chemistry and their time together is truly beautiful. Once it is revealed that the male lover is married(Paul), however, the story makes a complete 180. Overtime, Rae accepts to be his secret lover due to Paul being in an abusive relationship and being unable to divorce.

A fantastic actor placed in an average backstory movie. Mia Goth sold this movie for me completely. Her vocals, monologue, and mannerisms alongside the tension were really a sight to see. If you think about it, nothing much really happens in the movie in the grander scheme. It takes place throughout the course of a week but it was a nice entertaining watch. Nice, simple movie to watch after decompressing from work.
