  Finally watched this after seeing the VHS box for 33 years. There's a good barroom brawl scene and Robert Loggia has a great pre-game locker room speech. There's no football in a cowboy hat though.

  Found this because I was searching for Peep Show episodes on Tubi, and thought the title and box art was so weird, something interesting was going on (turns out the titular Thomas is not on the poster). I told myself I'd give it three minutes and then turn it off if it was awful and I ended up watching the entire movie and laughing a lot.

  Instant must-watch doc in the vein of American Movie where you mostly just get to enjoy the company of a really compelling character (Patrick J. Pespas) in his world.

  I've done telemarketing jobs, and the urge to balance the scales after you've put poison into the world is real, and I really loved Pat for taking that part so seriously.

  Bonus is that it's a lean three episodes and doesn't dick you around like most streaming TV docuseries do.
