I think this is a well done piece in taking a enjoyable premise and playing around with it. Yorogs Lathimos shows us what society we would become if we considered being in a relationship as the superior lifestyle. The resulting dialogues are cold and simplistic or even dull. Together with characters being unable to open emotionally, some scenes really know how to let you cringe.
