  The fact that this movie was made in 1952 Is quite Impressive for such a quality in the cinematography and the Narration of this film. Although this movie talked about life I found another perspective for me which is the misconceptions.
  I admire this director And the actor did such a great job as expressing the pain and grief of the main character.

  Omar gatlato, the masculine macho man gets weakened by the a voice of a woman, listens to her every night.
  Nervously calls her and smile excitedly, He found someone he loves as much as Chaabi and Hindi films.
  The same man who refused to be scared of the gang, gets afraid of meeting the girl he admired.

  This movie was ahead of his time, through the the process of the scenes,frames and compositions, I love how Merzak documented Beb El Oued and talked about it through his character,you can feel the Algeriansim fierté through this film.
