for such a gripping story, it’s a little disappointing for it to end like that. what was the overall meaning? that religion controls people? that’s hardly a surprise😭i was really hoping for something else; something new, something gritty.

i’ve never really thought about the aftermath a death would have when you’re family with the perpetrator. i think we’re all too used to empathising with the victims parents and this film brings you in and asks you how would YOU deal with it

awesome but painful depiction of loving them at whatever cost
most accurate depiction of passionate fighting oh my god. the dropping it, the laughing, the coming back again because you remembered something. you can see moments where either of them wants to stop their spiteful ranting but they get held back because of their pride. i think that’s really beautiful.
