a breathtakingly beautiful catholic horror masterpiece/mess. some of the shots in this film were seriously so beautiful it made me feel crazy. plot has more to do with how blind faith can steer people in horrible directions than rosemary’s baby-esque horror, and for me it was definitely a very welcome shift. does very little different than other horror films but doesn’t do it badly by any means. i wish the first part was a tad bit longer, but the pacing in the 2nd and 3rd act is absolutely incredible. sydney sweeney you knocked it out of the park my god. new favourite horror movie
