Let me preface this by saying everything about this film is disappointing because it was produced by French people. If it was a Mexican produced film I feel a strong message would’ve been made. This film has radicalised me into believing men deserve nothing. Ivan made me sooooo mad. The soundtrack and song choices made me enjoy the film a lot. The random Take That made me laugh and Erika Jayne! I also wasn’t expecting the film to be a dark comedy which I wasn’t mad at.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind 2004
Wow. This film left me speechless and with so many emotions I couldn’t talk about it for 10 minutes. I think the casting is terrific. I love Kate Winslet even more after this film and I was pleasantly surprised by Jim Carey. The emotions of the film were perfectly captured, the feelings of helplessness and regret but still managing to keep a sense of hope that there will be a satisfying ending.
