  my brother guilttripped me into watching this with him and then he ended up complaining about it the whole time btw
  I can understand why this movie won an Oscar since it is very beautiful cinematography wise and the actors and actresses really do deliver amazing performances. The little details e.g. in the different cities Bella visits or the blood-red floor in Bella's husbands dinner room were stunning to see.
  However the storyline is what ruined this movie for me.…

  the people that don't understand the usage of "old sport" by gatsby piss me off .
  overall good movie, the "young and beautiful" scene changed the trajectory of my life.

  i hate it when people villainize sharks
  sharks kill a few humans a year (and mostly without the purpose to kill, but rather out of curiosity), but humans kill between 75 and 100 million sharks a year.

  I dare anyone who claims that taylor swift is overrated to watch this
  yes, not everyone likes all of her songs (me included), but that woman has such an incredible stage presence and voice.
  taylor swift also does represantation effortlessly with dancers of different ethnicities, gay danceds, women and men, without making it seem forced.
  the quality of this in the cinema was also crazy, but i had to deduct one star because
  1. it was a little long in the end and the best songs were cut while unimportant songs were played in full length and 2. it was too expensive in my opinion
