"In another life, I would have really liked just doing laundry and taxes with you"
I will never forget this movie almost solely because of this quote. First part felt a little bland but the latter half drew me back in and completely immersed me emotionally. Amazing movie, silly yet serious, 10/10.

Most disturbing film I've ever watched. For children actors, the acting is perfect and the terror and hostility felt throughout makes this difficult to sit through. There is not a single point in the film where it redeems itself with a happy moment, which makes it all the more perfect, as newer war movies tend to glorify the combat aspects and paint people as heros. The only time he shoots his weapon is at the end, and it is at a picture of Hitler, which leads into one of the most impactful moments in the film. Amazing movie, would never watch again 10/10.
