I wasn't really able to put all of the pieces together and felt like there were still a lot of loose ends that needed to be tied up by the end of it... BUT, I still kinda liked what I saw.
I will say that the last 10 minutes are a total mindfuck, so if you're like me and get bored/antsy halfway thru, tuff it out and stick around for that ending. Def helps in terms of overall payoff, and I'm excited to see what this director does next
hands down one of the worst fucking films I've ever seen, found footage or otherwise. All this coming from someone who mildly enjoyed the first one too.
From the atrocious opening song, to the clueless, plodding plot, "HORROR DADZ PRODUCTIONZ" really handed us an L here, and if anyone involved in said production reads this, all I'll say is this....
a) stop planting good reviews on Letterboxd and elsewhere, because it's blatantly obvious.
b) there's a reason why we never got a sequel to Willow Creek, and if you need more proof, look no further than Tahoe Joe 2 lol
