it's no halloween, not by a long shot...it's no my bloody valentine (1981)...it's no halloween II (1981), but i like it. the score is pretty much a note for note copy of carpenter's score for halloween (which itself owes much to the score of deep red/the hatchet murders). the film follows the blueprint of carpenter's halloween very, very closely.
