i’ve felt everything i’ll ever feel so i’ll never feel again
this is my 10th watch of this film.
I usually get overly infatuated with films that hit me hard enough to make it into my letterboxd top 4, and they start to lose their charm around the 5th watch, but not this. I was smart and I spaced my viewings out appropriately, but also every time I watch it I find something else about it that enamours me.

the tone of this film as a whole was something that seemed to sit perfectly in my head, and the way sound was used as a narrative device was not only appropriate but also fundamental to the story itself.
