  needed a rainy day film & this delivered!!! Cathy is the Austen protagonist for the girlies who read too many novels and daydream constantly and say the wrong thing. she’s not your typical heroine, but she is a heroine all the same. I just adore her!!! and I love Mr. Tilney as a gentler Austen love interest. for all the drama of their setting and situation, he is a breath of fresh air. his humor & his love declaration & their first kiss & his willingness to be disinherited all for her UGH I swoon!!! yet another charming Austen adaptation for the books <3
