  A few well-directed actions scenes can't overcome the underdeveloped characters and some pretty iffy acting from quite a few characters. Mads Mikkelsen was the standout of the cast. His speech to Felicity Jones' character was genuinely moving and totally the most genuine moment of the film. I also can't seem to figure out why blockbuster films like this have to always have a character this is little more than a glorified one-liner machine. Adding humor and levity to an action…
