Blade Runner 2049 2017
Watched the first one for the first time recently (Final cut) and I thought it was good, but wasn't blown away like I was expecting. Maybe needs another try, perhaps a different cut might work better for me. This one however did not disappoint. As good as I'd hoped it would be and more. Stunning and an emotional roller coaster

That was so weird!! Kinda loved it though. Loved more of the emotional moments, seeing the Doctor reflect on the Flux and Timeless Child. The scene with Wilf was golden, so precious and so sad that's all we'll get. It was certainly a great episode, but the way it was marketed and advertised was very odd. The whole fandom assumed there'd be some really spoilery things hidden, more returning characters and references. Maybe that's partly on us, but I think it muddled expectations. The set design and vfx was the most impressive thing though, absolutely gorgeous. Bring on The Giggle!!!

Doctor Who: The Church on Ruby Road 2023
15 is incredible!!! He is going to become a fan favourite for sure. Such lovely Christmasy vibes and Ruby is a character I'm certainly hooked on. Love the concept of the language of coincidence. Over all a very fun special with some heart at its core. So promising and can't wait for series 14! 🙌
