This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Some pretty fun VFX and an okay concept, but holy fuck why does every disaster movie have to have the same fucking storyline. Couple having some relationship trouble, they get separated because their kid is fucking stupid, then they get together again and they promise eachother to always stay together going forward. And they always have to make some stupid fucking decisions along the way to endanger everyone around them and create tension.
They sure created tension, but for everything else they just copied tropes and story elements from every other disaster / apocalypse movie ever. And it blows.
