Initially, I was pretty disappointed! People told me it was really good, played well into alien lore, and I even had someone tell me it was better than Get Out!

Everything Everywhere All at Once 2022
Hilarious and lighthearted while hitting on some of the deepest things it means to be human. Amazing pacing, and great fight scenes, with awesome sci-fi! It's like old sci-fi that is used as a literary device to teach philosophy. I also love the way the naratives from all the universes wove together to create these collective moments of emotion much more intensesly than it could have been otherwise. It was quirky and weird and it added to the story most of the time rather than distracting from it! I loved it! I'm seeing it again on Saturday in theaters
