The Holdovers 2023
A Modern day “good will hunting”. Film is paced well and sets character development very quickly from the start to the point where within the first 10 minutes, you know how you feel about each actor. Paul Giamatti has once again proven himself as one of my top 10 actors of all time. Dominic sassa has a bright future if this is really his acting debut. A lot of emotion is held in his eyes and long ass lanky limbs.

I understand that dialogue taken from the text is usually used as script, but only using the dialogue without the actors portraying the thoughts and emotions in between phrases threw me off. Seemed a bit choppy and forced. I love Rachel Zegler and her voice, which is what got me through those awkward patches.
