Love in the Time of Cholera 2007
A bland adaptation of the book. They play the the relationship between Florentino and Fermina as a generic romance.
The book described their relationship as more one-sided and focused a lot more on ideas of love being a disease. Which by the way it felt weird how the actual cholera epidemic seemed to only exist for one scene.
It was just so boring which to be fair the book was like a little boring but, I enjoyed reading Florentinos struggles with his feelings of love. I think I just wanted a experimental film adaptation or at least some fun odd editing.
