Asteroid City 2023
A Wes Anderson film if I’ve ever seen one, but lacks some of the lightheartedness that his other works have, not by mistake. It’s an interesting movie about dealing with grief, and having a play within a play allows Anderson to tackle some interesting issues that he himself has said he’s dealt with as a writer diving into his work. Not my favourite film of his, but still top notch cinematography and casting.
