  i didn’t expect the whole movie to be in german?!??? but it was basically HER but with gender roles reversed. at least tom didn’t take advantage of alma like samantha did by using everything she knew about theodore to initiate a romantic connection…. should i post my essay comparing the 2 films?!

  sorry but i hated samantha. she took advantage of theodore bc she had access to all of his emails, conversations, and inner thoughts. she knew he was vulnerable bc of his divorce and initiated a relationship with him as if she wasn’t doing the same thing to 641 others. goes to show how exploitative and dangerous AI can be when misused. also why did my professor make us rewatch the phone sex scene in class??? people in the hallway were definitely concerned

  “just bc my dreams are different than yours doesn’t mean they’re unimportant” a beautiful message and the perfect christmas movie!
