  Breathless 1960

  Breathless watches like it belongs in a museum, in one of those exhibits inside little rooms with a tiny curtain at the door. It's stylish, enigmatic, and at times, poetic. The plot runs thin, but there's a certain mystique to Michel and Patricia's relationship that draws you in and doesn't let you go even long after the movie ends.

  Deeply comical and entertaining, filled with solid performances from everyone (especially Whalberg and Reynolds) and an awesome soundtrack... but why does it feel so pointless? In addition, several scenes feel like short comedy sketches that don't fit together as smoothly as they should.
