  Early in the film, there's a scene where Pomme is posing for a male photographer. Around his studio there sits hundreds of pictures of women decorated with misery and sorrow. Pomme poses firm, proud. He gets frustrated as it doesn't match his condescending vision. Desperate for the misery look, he asks her to go nude. Pomme without missing a beat, takes her clothes off and now that ego within her he hated before radiated 10 times stronger now. That gave me so much confidence I made a what felt like a hundred errands after. You really feel this movie.
