Kamikaze Girls 2004
Feels like a cross between Scott Pilgrim and a Japanese gameshow/commercial. Fun watch, but I was confused at times. Also everyone is in a gang.

Even if Hotzenplotz was speaking English, I'd still not understand him.
Loved the Kartoffel basket summons by Zwackelmann. And who can forget his whimsical magic as he decides to teleport multiple times when he goes up the stairs (and then proceeds to walk down the stairs normally), and the magical cloak ride too.
Also didn't realize the music box was a coffee grinder till the very end when one of the boys said Kaffee.
Speaking of music, the sound design is 5/5, perfect mix of beep boops and German folk music 👌

A Federation starship is captured by a Klingon bird of prey. The crew is forced to perform labour (building critical infrastructure near a dilithium mine) for the Klingon commander, but the captured captain of the starship stands by his Starfleet principles despite the torture the Klingons put him through. The captain keeps the crew together through personal perseverance and discipline, reminding the crew that they are first and foremost Starfleet officers.
