Moonstruck is a classic romantic comedy that truly defines the genres. For example it shows several things that go into making a good rom-com such as a near break up and an unexpected love interest, and a romantic scene where they meet up and dress up and go on a date. At one point or in the beginning of the movie they met and fell in love and this made up the whole movie and story. By the end they got married and everything was good and no one was really heartbroken. I short this made for a good romantic comedy.
My favorite contestant was Ted. The director choose to show that he doesn't really have a lot of friends and shows how he avoids getting bullied which made me empathetic for him.
I thought The Thing was an amazing movie with some of my favorite genres horror and sci-fi. The movie "The Thing" is right up my alley and trying to figure out who is the "thing" is pretty thrilling. The feeling that they are alone in the middle of Antarctica trying to survive is pretty scary and its also thrilling because you are also trying to see if they will survive from the "Thing."
