Absolutely appalling. Just a cheap cash grab because the first one was so good. Neither Harley Quinn or Joker are portrayed like their characters and the film itself couldn’t have been more boring. The musical aspect was odd, and whilst it maybe could’ve worked it just didn’t. You take that out of it and you’re left with a painfully dull courtroom drama. The joker himself pales in comparison to the first film. The ending leaves a lot to be desired. It honestly isn’t worth anybody’s time. 1 star from me, and it’s lucky to get that.

The Return of the Living Dead 1985
Proper horror B movie at its very best. It’s funny and more entertaining than a lot of modern horror films. Thumbs up from me for sure.
