Shockingly racist and shockingly boring, unnecessarily opaque narrative about bad cops doing bad things. Reading the reviews from when this was released will make your brain melt.

After the intro, which is extremely fun in its own way, all the “horniness” being praised in this film is the female main character being repeatedly assaulted and raped on-screen. I was disappointed with how reliant on tropes the narrative was- macho guy forced to partner up, with a woman worst of all!, who he naturally falls for; obnoxiously horny older man with no other characteristics; an impossibly successful tough woman who is repeatedly undressed and assaulted as the sole plot motivation...

Some of the body horror stuff was cool, but I’m pretty unimpressed overall.
