Sally Hawkin’s Mrs. Brown was the glue that stuck the Brown family together - and her absence is very apparent. Not having Paul King at the helm of this project was also pretty clear. I think having Paddington not be in the city was detrimental to the overall vibe of this 3rd installment. What makes Paddington so charming is his adaptation to the city and being a fish out of water.
