  Night Train to Lisbon 2013

  Since I'm portuguese and I study in Lisbon, I had to go watch it.
  I haven't read the novel, so I didn't know what to expect, at all. What amazed me most was the beautiful shots from Lisbon, as I walk by those places many times and I love them, I really enjoyed seeing them portrayed in a movie.
  As I'm portuguese I know the context of the "Revolução dos Cravos" and actually enjoyed the plot in general, felt rushed…

  Being my second Melville film, it got my attention due to the WWII theme and since it has a place in Ebert's Great Movies list, I decided to pick it up to the first round of the Season Challenge.

  To be honest, I found myself bored from time to time while watching it, expecting something more ritmic, since my previous Melville experience was Le Samourai.
