Rear Window 1954
Not counting Psycho, which I barely remember and is due a rewatch, this is one of my Alfred Hitchcock films I've fully watched. The one two punch of this and The 39 Steps just shows me how much I've been missing. North by Northwest is my next one!

This film troubles me... on one hand, the beginning is abysmal, and the villain is extremely forgettable (a problem most Marvel movies unfortunately have), but after the first 30 minutes roughly and we spend more time at Asgard, we see the film's true colors. To begin to describe how La La Land left me, it's something I can't even put into words. After watching it twice now, I can say without a doubt that it's one of the best films of 2016, tied with The Nice Guys as Number 1.
