Jokes aside what a brilliant film. This generation’s blockbuster sci fi franchise has arrived, and I sure hope there are more entries to the Dune storyline in the near future. Timothee Chalamet builds on his already great performance of Paul. Austin Butler still has the Elvis voice. Someone help him.

I am floored. Movies don’t often leave me speechless, but I sat in silence for at least a few minutes as the credits rolled. Christopher Nolan has delivered a masterpiece in which each and every actor and actress shined. You couldn’t feel the 3 hour runtime one bit, and the score of each scene drove the pacing beautifully. Nolan’s ability to create scenes that raise your heart rate and engage you on the deepest level is something that very few other directors can achieve. This film will win many Oscars, and I’m looking forward to it earning its many honors.
