  You’d think a movie with straight nostalgia for two acts would be horrible. But this did a fine job of telling its own story with a familiar character as well as some new and old insight on other new and familiar characters. That third act carried the movie in my opinion, and the action was surprisingly brilliant. Well done to Tom Cruise and these filmmakers, they made a sequel years later and not only made it better, but nailed it, which is really rare nowadays.

  A movie with massive pros and cons. Music and acting great, so were the action sequences and effects imo, as well as the character arcs for Jane Foster and Thor. Cons were really only that some humor felt forced in some serious moments, the short runtime, and the lack of screen time for Christian Bale. Overall entertaining, Chris Hemsworth is great.

Following
