Lots of CGI which feels with super weird juxtaposed next to fury road. Also seems like some of the direction given to Hemsworth was to move really slowly because there was a lot of speeding up frames in post everytime he did anything but talk. Crazy noticable on the dolly zoom shot while he is sitting on the truck at the beginning of the third act.

Megalopolis 2024
I just don't understand how someone who made the godfather made this. Broke all the rules of filmmaking, bad ADR, inconsistent CGI, overacting (like theater acting big motions and emotions), broke the 180 rule, no continuity (even between camera angles) and using naked women as set dressings, they were naked even when it was unnecessary. Which men were also kept clothed most of the movie even during what was supposed to be an intimate scene. Very inconsistent on the rules…

Quite touching I think the clerks movies and mallrats are definitely Kevin Smith's best films but every clerks movie hits me in the feels in different ways, I just seem to be at a different point in my life over the past three years as I've been watching them for the first time.
